Xeon CPUs are normally used for servers and rarely for gaming.
This site focuses only on gaming computers, so we aren't going to add xeon CPUs.
But if you use those xeon CPUs for gaming I would suggest something like:
NVIDIA TITAN Xp (in SLI or without)
GeForce GTX1080ti (in SLI or without)
GeForce GTX1080 in SLI
GeForce GTX1070 in SLI

i have been gaming on dual CPU systems for over 20 years, and know many people that use xeons for gaming as they allow you to do more then one thing at a time. and now that dx12 is becoming more prevalent and more games are using multiple thread the performance is getting even better. I am often gaming, rendering video, recording video and running a few vm's at the same time with no performance hit.

main gaming system has 28c/56t @2.7ghz(turbo to 3.4) and dual XFX RX 480 8gb GTR (until I get a pair of vega based cards)
